Prague is the bohemian economic and cultural center of Czech, and is home to the Vltava River that winds throughout the city. It was the home of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, where Prague Symphony and Don Giovanni were performed. In modern times, Prague Castle stands tall on the left hand side of the city, and Wenceslas Square exhibits small restaurants and taverns on the mirror side. A great number of church towers span the hillsides, granting Prague its nickname of “city of a hundred spires”.
